The vast majority of our items are made-to-order, using a wide array of quality fibers and rich hues. The turn around time for made-to-order items varies, depending upon the amount of orders, but every effort is made to keep it around 15 to 25 business days. Shipping is available worldwide.
Occasionally, ready-to-ship items are available as well. These will be posted in our Etsy shop and announced via our Facebook page, so make sure to follow us for all the toasty yarn goodness!

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item in its packaging. Items shipped in the US weighing 13 ounces or less are sent via First Class Mail. Items weighing over 13 ounces are sent via Priority Mail. Shipping does not include insurance unless the value is over $100.00 US. International sales are shipped via First Class International. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade to Priority Mail service, please contact us prior to completing the payment process.

How can I contact you?
The vast majority of our items are made-to-order, using a wide array of quality fibers and rich hues. The current turn around time for made-to-order items is 15 to 25 business days, plus shipping time. Once items are ready, we do our best to ship the following business day, after payment is received and items are processed.
Ready-to-ship items are usually sent the next business day for orders received before 3:00pm EST.
How soon will I receive my item?
Shipping is available worldwide. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
